For holiday homes and cottages, I do provide comprehensive housekeeping services to ensure that your property is always ready to welcome guests with a clean and inviting atmosphere.

End of Tenancy Cleaning

Whether you're moving in or moving out of a property, or preparing for an end of tenancy inspection, I'm here to ensure the space is left spotless and ready for the next occupants.

For this package I will visit the property first to give you an estimate price.

Prices starts from £180 for a studio. 

How do I clean?

Dusting - I dust the ceiling corners, baseboards, window and door frames, and window sills throughout the home. Every time I will dust and polish your furniture as well as dust pictures, shelving, TVs, ceiling fans, light fixtures and blinds.

Bathroom – I do scrub, clean and sanitize toilets, bathtubs, showers, taps, sinks and counter tops. Also dust and spot clean your bathroom cabinet fronts and clean the mirrors.

Kitchen – I wash and sanitize the kitchen sink, tap, and counter tops. Small appliances, the kitchen cabinet fronts and backsplash as well as clean the front of dishwasher, oven, outside and top of refrigerator. Clean the inside and outside of microwave. Also I will make your range hood and stove top desgreased and clean.

Floors – I do vacuum your carpeted and hard surfaces and then flash speed mop all of the floors.

Final Touches – I change the bedding and make the beds. Also empty and reline the waste baskets and take the trash out.
